Cancer facts

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge

I wanted to share with you a few facts ! my research comes from books and lots of investigating on the internate and Roxann ,my bosses wife who spends countless hours researching! I feel I need to pass the information on .and you can make your own desicions!

Compounds in Prcessed foods that can cause cancer:

TransFatty acids : imitation fats in SHORTING,MARGARINES,and most COMMERCIAL BAKED GOODS and SNACK foods. STRONGLY associated with cancer of the lungs and reproductive organs.

Rancid Fats: Industrial processing creates rancidity (free radicals) in commercial VEGTABLE OILS

Omega-6 FATTY ACIDS: although needed in small amounts ,an excess can contribute to cancer, Dangerously high levels of this is caused by over use of vegtable oils.

MSG: associated with brain cancer.Found in almost ALL PROCESSED FOODS,EVEN WHEN MSG DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE LABEL!!!! flavoring, spice mixes, and hydrolyzed proein contain MSG.

ASPARTAME: associated with brain cancer and many other health issues

PESTICIDES: associated with many types of cancer founf in vegtable oils , Fruit juices, vegtables and fruits! Another reason to buy organic

HORMONES: animals raised in confinment on soy and grains.Plant based hormones are plentiful in soy foods! Fact babies fed formula have 5 times higher estrogen than babies fed mothers milk!

Artificial flavoring: all types of cancers are caused by this one! STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD!!!

Refined Carbohydrates: SUGAR , HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (also know to have mercury in it) and white flour are devoid of nutrients.THE BODY USES UP NUTRIENTS FROM OTHER FOODS TO PROCESS REFINED CARBOHYDRATES. tumar growth is associated with sugar consumption!

I plan to post some vitamin esstials on friday! That will be my main focus! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
